Commercial Exhibition
The commercial Exhibition will become a fair on hydrogen
and fuel cell products.
The Auditorium Hipostila Hall of the Zaragoza's “Palacio de Congresos”
is an excellent setting that meets all the conditions for the placing of
exhibition stands, a place where companies and institutions will be able
to promote their products and offer information to their present and
potential clients.
Outdoor Exhibition
Confirmed MAN, HYDROGENICS (HYCHAIN
project), and EVOBUS (CUTE project) hydrogen buses, GM hydrogen car, and Air Liquide and Carburos Metálicos / Air
Products mobile refuelling stations.

Conditions and fees of the
commercial exhibition:

Modular Stand of 6m2, price: 4.640 €. It is
possible to rent several modules to complete the desired stand size. The
price includes space, carpet, structure with frontispiece with name, and
power outlet. Furniture, insurance and other extras are not included.
Stand selection is made on a first come first served basis.

Service of leaflet distribution in the Conference
portfolio, price 1.160 €. The Organization will include a leaflet of the
companies that contract this service in the portfolios of all the
participants, together with the rest of the Conference documentation.
|
|
Service of leaflet distribution in the HTTC, price 580 €.
Leaflets of the companies that contract this service will be handed out
at the stand of the Hydrogen Technology Transfer Centre (HTTC).
Additionally, the name of the company will appear on a poster in the
stand and in the exhibition program. There will always be someone from
the Organization at the stand who will make sure that the leaflets are
available at all times.

Prices include 16% VAT and all taxes. The payment should be made by
transfer or by cheque. An advanced payment of 30% is required upon
reserving confirmation, and the other 70% has to be paid by
October
10th, 2005. It will not be
possible to set up any stand until all payments are made.

Outdoor Commercial Exhibition
The
Commercial Exhibition of the EHEC 2005 + 2nd Professional
Meeting on Hydrogen and Fuel Cells will be complemented with an outdoor
area that, at the same time, will be a link between the Conference and
the exhibition and the city of Zaragoza.
The
outdoor area will be open for hydrogen and/or fuel cell vehicles, and
hydrogen refuelling installations (that should be prepared for outdoor
conditions).

service is free for the exhibitors. |

The
outdoor exhibition is only for refuelling stations and vehicles, if a
company wants to exhibit any other different installation or to pace a
booth outside, has to contact the organization at
stands@ehec.info and his case will be studied. |

The
vehicle exhibitors will
to appear in the list of exhibitors of the EHEC 2005. |
|
The
Organization of EHEC 2005 declines any kind of responsibility in case
of accident or vandalism. |
|
The
acceptance of an exhibitor is conditioned to the authorization of the
City of Zaragoza, once it has been supplied all the technical
information about the vehicle or refuelling station.
|

Companies interested in participating in the Outdoor Commercial
Exhibition of EHEC 2005 have to send an e-mail to

Registration Certificate for the Vehicle, parts 1 and 2, according
with the
European Council Directive 1999/37/EC on the Registration
Documents for Vehicles, or equivalent documentation which
includes technical characteristic of the vehicle |

If the vehicle is a prototype not registered, some equivalent
information should be provided, including all the homologations
and certificates of the vehicle or its components. |
|
Needs for hydrogen supply: liquid or compressed, pressure level
(min. and max.), flow rate, temperature, hydrogen quality
(specifying maximum level of each possible contaminant), hydrogen
mass per refuelling, number of expecting refuelling processes
during the conference, etc. |
|
Expectations for the vehicle: will be driven in controlled
spaces?, will be driven in the real traffic of the city?, will the
delegates be allowed to travel by the vehicle?, will they be
allowed to drive it? |

that have to be used or driven by people, in order to manage the use of
the vehicles by Conference participants, the press and even by the
public at large
