Standard registration fee: 986 €
Reduced registration fee for students: 493 €
Registration for presenters in the Professional Meeting:

2.320 €

Note: if you are interested in making one of the technical visits (see program and conditions), indicate it in the box for comments when fulfilling the form and you will be able to pay the visit fee together with the registration.

Note: gala dinner for students and companions has a fee of 69,60 (VAT and taxes included). For reserving, contact with aperdiguero@pacifico-meetings.com.

Standard registration gives right to attend all the sessions of the Scientific Conference and of the Professional Meeting, to give one oral or poster presentation in the Scientific Conference (if the abstract is approved by the Scientific Committee), access to the Commercial Exhibition, congress bag, and access to coffee breaks, lunches and to the Conference dinner.

The reduced registration fee for students gives the right to attend the same events as does standard registration, except for the Conference dinner. Students born after January 1st, 1978 who can certify their condition as students during the academic years 2004-2005 or 2005-2006 are eligible for the reduced registration fee.

The registration for presenters in the Professional Meeting gives the right to make a commercial or institutional presentation at the Professional Meeting in addition to conferring all the rights offered with the standard registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to info@ehec.info, before October 22nd and the 75% of the inscription will be refunded. There is not refund for those cancellations requested after this date.
