Plenary & Parallel Sessions

At the European Hydrogen Energy Conference 2026, the program will be structured around plenary sessions and parallel sessions, designed to maximize knowledge sharing and engagement.

Plenary Sessions: These sessions bring together all conference participants in a single forum to hear fromdistinguished speakers, including industry leaders, policymakers, and renowned experts. Plenary sessions focuson key topics that shape the global hydrogen landscape, offering strategic insights into the latest trends,innovations, and future perspectives of the sector.

Parallel Sessions: Running simultaneously across multiple tracks, parallel sessions provide an in-depth focus onspecific scientific, technical, and industry-related topics. Participants can choose from a wide range of sessionscovering areas such as hydrogen production, storage, distribution, mobility applications, safety, and regulatoryframeworks. These sessions are designed to encourage knowledge exchange and discussion among specialistsand professionals.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTERS

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Presenters must deliver their presentation in PowerPoint format, in landscape orientation 16:9, to the Audiovisual Secretariat at least two hours before the start of the session.

  • Each oral presentation will have a maximum duration of 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion). During the presentation, speakers should highlight the part or parts of the study they consider most relevant, followed by a question-and-answer session in accordance with the session chairs’ instructions.
  • Presentations using a personal laptop computer will not be accepted.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

  • Posters may be mounted by the authors in the assigned area (to be determined) from Wednesday, 11th, at 9:00 a.m., and must be removed by Friday, 13th, at 12:30 p.m.
  • The assigned poster presenter is expected to remain at the poster during the poster sessions (https://ehec.info/scientific-program/) to discuss its content with conference attendees.
  • Poster dimensions: 90 cm (width) × 130 cm (height) — portrait orientation.
