Call for Abstracts submission opens on

Abstracts Submission:
- First of all, create an account to pre-register and get a username and password, as you will need it to submit any abstract. You will receive an e-mail to confirm the pre-registration.
- Abstracts generation: Use an follow the instructions included in the template file for formating of text sizes and fonts.
- The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the EHEC2026 Scientific COmmittee, and the acceptance will be notified via e-mail on November 15th , 2025.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceeding Book of the conference.
- English is the official congress language. Abstracts, posters and oral communications should be delivered in english.
- The speaker is the responsible for communication assigned (oral or poster) by the congress organization. It is mandatory for the speaker to be registered and to pay the registration fees according to the organization specifications and dates established for this purpose after the abstract acceptance has been communicated. Each fully registered participant may present up to 3 abstracts, with a maximun of 2 oral presentations.
